Yeah, but there were already 3 FAILs and 7 XPASSes
in Jacks before my patch and I thought I'd update
jacks.xfail separately.
I've been having these results for at least a couple
of months now (a FAIL was added recently as
new testcases were added to Jacks).
FWIW, they are:

FAIL: 8.8.5.1-runtime-super-1
XPASS: 15.28-string-13
XPASS: 15.15-precedence-5
XPASS: non-jls-argument-expansion-tokens-2
XPASS: non-jls-argument-expansion-tokens-4
XPASS: non-jls-argument-expansion-tokens-5
XPASS: 8.4.6.4-multiple-runtime-1
XPASS: 15.18.1.1-runtime-5
The proposed patch adds 8 XPASSes to this list.
