[gfortran] Minor fix to trans-types.c

Just a small inconsistency I came across in trans-types.c. Or is there a
reason this isn't gfc_charlen_type_node?

Bubblestrapped and tested. Ok?

	* trans-types.c (gfc_get_character_type_len): Use
	gfc_charlen_type_node as basic type for the range field.
