i386 sse pattern audit

After looking at the third bug report for which the resolution was
to fix some constraints in the sse patterns, I decided that it would
be best to do them all.

With so many patterns scattered all over, I thought it would
be easiest to move them to a new file as I processed each one.  With
the side benefit that they're now all in one place, and the 800k
file becomes somewhat smaller.

I found quite a number of patterns that were insufficiently constrained.
Most of these were arithmetic, and are handed by adding a call to
ix86_binary_operator_ok in the pattern condition.  I found some patterns
that were over-constrained, not allowing memory operands where the insn
being modeled does.  I found a few patterns that were incorrectly modeled,
which could potentially result in incorrect cse or simplification.

I plan to do the same for mmx instructions next.

Bootstrapped and tested on i686-linux.

	(safe_vector_operand): Use CONST0_RTX.
	(ix86_expand_binop_builtin): Use ix86_fixup_binary_operands.
	(ix86_expand_builtin): Merge CODE_FOR_sse2_maskmovdqu_rex64 and
	CODE_FOR_sse2_maskmovdqu.  Special case SSE version of MASKMOVDQU
