In that case, we can also remove the inlined_fns field in struct
tree_decl to shrink another 4 bytes off it.
It's no longer needed anymore, but it requires a small amount of dead
code removal in tree-inline.c that *sets* (but doesn't use) it.
I'll prepare that patch as well.
