ping patches (4.0 regressions)

Time for my semi weekly ping of 4.0 regressions patches.

Old ones which I also pinged last week:
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2004-12/msg00144.html
[C++ PATCH] [PR18733] Fix specializations in friend declarations

http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2004-11/msg00130.html
ICE jumping into statement expression
The middle-end part was approved waiting for a C front-end person
to approve the other part.

http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2004-10/msg01642.html
LICM is slow (helps compile time for a lot of testcases)

Ones I had missed from last week's:
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2004-11/msg00226.html
Fix ICE with dwarf-2 debugging and windows, the last patch needed to
bootstrap on windows again.

http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2004-11/msg00025.html
code bloat by 31% mainly by IV-OPT
The fold part was approved, just waiting for approval for the ivopt part.

New ones from this week:
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2004-12/msg01035.html
C++, ICE in check_pointer_types_r, caused by adding the wrong pointers
to the pointer set in cp_genericize_r.

http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2004-12/msg01322.html
Struct member is not getting default-initialized, gimplifying gets it
wrong.

Thanks, Andrew Pinski

PS sorry if I had left off any patch, it was just an over sight or I
thought it was commented/reviewed already.
