[Ada] Kill warning

Tested on x86-linux, committed on mainline.

The compiler was generating a warning that Saved_Error may be used
before it is set. This warning is incorrect, as this variable is
only used when the Err_To_Out paramter is True in which case it
is used only after having been properly set. But this is a bit
too difficult for the compiler to figure out, and hence we get
the warning. Setting the initial value for Saved_Error to Invalid_FD
allows us to avoid this.

	* g-os_lib.adb (Spawn): Explicitly initialize Saved_Error to avoid a
	compile-time warning.
