FW: GCC 3.4 branch frozen [ Fix -fwritable-strings (PRmiddle-end/18129) patch]


Might someone with appropriate authority be able to quickly commit Jakub's:

-fwriable-strings fix/patch in order to meet Mark's 3.4.3 release goals?
