I don't see documentation for these built-in functions.
Nor do I see a ChangeLog entry for the documentation the patch adds in
invoke.texi. The GNU Coding Standards now require ChangeLog entries for
documentation changes, and GCC has required them since long before the GNU
Coding Standards did.
