Mark, I think what you just for this patch was wrong because one of patches which I was going to submit before the 5th is dependent on this patch in two different ways so either I will have to submit these changes with my patch or I have to say that they are dependent on this patch going in. Which is wrong as I don't know if this is going to be accepted untill the 5 so I don't what to submit my patch until this one has been approved and applied.

Yes I did not fill out a project form but that should not stop my patch
from being accepted before stage3.

I'm not sure what you're saying.

I would like to approve Zdenek's patch, but I'm not nearly as expert in this area of the compiler as other people. So, I want to give them a chance to speak up; it's hard to take things out after they go in. Are you saying that you think I have an obligation to approve the patch, even though I think there are other people who might have useful information to add?
