Mark,
I think what you just for this patch was wrong because one of patches
which I was going to submit before the 5th is dependent on this patch
in two different ways so either I will have to submit these changes
with my patch or I have to say that they are dependent on this patch
going in. Which is wrong as I don't know if this is going to be accepted
untill the 5 so I don't what to submit my patch until this one has been
approved and applied.
Yes I did not fill out a project form but that should not stop my patch
from being accepted before stage3.
