Great. Maybe now it is time to explain us poor mortarls what "top-level
bootstrap" is... I admit I have absolutely *no clue* about it at all.

If you want some testing from developers, I think you should post a message to
the gcc@ list, explaining in details what it is, what it buys to the users,
what to do for testing it.
