fix post-dominator calculation with post-unreachable

- Subject: fix post-dominator calculation with post-unreachable
The dominance algorithm Just Doesn't Work with unreachable subgraphs.
Not a failing, insomuch as it was never advertised to work with them,
but that we attempted to use it that way was a mistake.
Diego came up with a test, based on some patch he's working on, that
showed CD-DCE deleting live code due to this mis-computation of the
post-dominance tree.
The trick here is to construct a fully reachable cfg without having
to actually modify the cfg (and thus not have to revert the changes
after we're done with dominance computation). This does mean that,
without actually adding the edges, we can't do incremental pdom
updates, but at present we have nothing that wants to do that either.
Bootstrapped and tested (by myself, Diego, and Steven Bosscher) on
i686, alpha, ia64, and x86-64 linux.

* dominance.c (struct dom_info): Add fake_exit_edge.
(init_dom_info): Allocate it.
(free_dom_info): Free it.
(calc_dfs_tree): Set it. Handle noreturn and infinite loops
in two passes.
(calc_idoms): Honor fake_exit_edge.
