[RFA][objc] Identifier cleanup

Hello,

This is another pure mechanical cleanup of objc-act & co. All it does is make some identifier names of a certain class follow a common naming conventions hopefully making the source easier to read. I've also slipped in some minor documentation (and a C mode sequence objc-tree-def). I was told the the ChangeLog should mention all changes so it's a bit verbose.

Bootstrapped and tested on i686-pc-linux-gnu.

Please apply if approved.

Cheers,
David Ayers

PS: Next up... hopefully the removal of the 'id' keyword...
