[3.3 PATCH] Fix SH bootstrap failure (PR 15120)

I've found that the currrent 3.3-branch has a same problem in PR 15120
(3.4/3.5 SH bootstrap failure). I thought that 3.3 is ok but it was
tested with the old binutils mistakenly. Sorry for my mess. A patch
below which is similar with that in
fixes the problem and Mark approved it for 3.4. It's tested with
bootstrap and regtested on 3.3 for x86-linux and sh4-linux. Is it ok
for 3.3?

        * libtool.m4 (lt_cv_deplibs_check_method): Use pass_all on sh*.
        * */configure: Rebuilt.
