 The initial idea was actually not to suggest changing things. I just didn't
 know that Java was handling it that way, saw a problem for Ada, and the
 unwinder's core initially appeared to me as a natural place to address it.

 Adjusting in the signal handler indeed has a number of advantages too.

 Will experiment a bit.
