I don't believe with tree-ssa alone you get the IMA. You need some of
the local patches.
with the tree-ssa after my fix. (Note also I suspended the processor
during compiling and
was profiling using Shark at the point where it was taking all the
time so the times are
higher than they should be).
Your patch does not address the general problem. Problem is in
comparing same two type trees
