[PATCH]: Use define_insn_and_split in 68HC11 port

Hi!

I've converted several define_insn + define_split in a define_insn_and_split to
simplify the definitions and my maintenance process (from http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/m68hc11/).
Committed on 3_4 and mainline.
