	The problem is that this test will no longer work on AIX and other
platforms that need libiconv.a, when it used to work and tests
functionality those platforms.  LIBICONV is set in gcc/Makefile, from
which runtest is launched.  Why not grab the value needed by the
target-supports.exp there?
