There aren't any known OS releases that contain libunwind 0.95 or
earlier.  This only affects a few developers, and they mostly already
know that they have to use the current version.

There is also the problem that with libunwind being updated every couple
of weeks, any attempt to document the right version number to use is
likely to be obsolete before anyone ever looks at the docs.

I was hesitant to document the minimum version number because of these
problems.  It is certainly reasonable to ask for docs though.  This look
reasonable?
