Perhaps the generic part won't be so soon.  I now recall that getting
that patch working right was dificult because we have to duplicate
hidden uses discovery and also C++ has language specific operators that
replace ADDR_EXPR (PTRMEM_CST) and given the fact that we don'g do
generic for C++, we would be doomed to language specific bits of such a
pass.
I can either invent hook for this or wait for genericization of C++ to
happen on your preferrence.
