Thanks for the clarification(s).

If the original assumption still holds (all scripts either do or don't
have a STARTUP directive) then my latest patch should be correct in the
sense that it does fix the bug where no linker scripts are found to test.
I.E. it is sufficient to find any installed linker script, and overkill
to find and test more than one.

However I do agree that if we are changing things, it wouldn't hurt to
verify that all of the found scripts either do or don't consistently
have a STARTUP directive, or at least all the installed scripts.
