Bootstrap & test run now completed.  Since I don't have results for
before the patch (obviously, since this is a bootstrap fix) I can't say
there are no regressions.  But the failures agree with what I'm seeing
on mips64-linux-gnu.

OK to install this and the other n32/n64 sibcall patch?
