Subject: PATCH: New ARM command-line options

This is a repost of an earlier message blocked by the gcc.gnu.org SPAM
filters; I somehow got put on the global deny list right before trying
to make the GCC 3.3.2 release announcement!

Anyhow, this patch adds command-line options for the ARM926EJ-S,
ARM1026EJ-S, ARM1136J-S, and ARM1136JF-S processor cores.  The options
don't do anything interesting yet.

The next step will be adding appropriate -D options; then on to more
interesting projects -- like pipeline descriptions.
