Update config.sub/config.guess


I thought about the question of upgrading these files a bit more, and
decided that if I checked the diffs carefully, we wouldn't be exposing
ourselves to any new risk.

As it happens, the diffs are quite small, safe, and they look
worthwhile - they get the iq2000 port working, and the kfreebsd stuff.
So I'm going to go ahead and put them in.
