3.4 PATCH: Don't pass -g* via cpp_options (PR bootstrap/12173)


This patch, proposed by Alexandre Oliva

	http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=12173#c8

fixed the bootstrap problem described in PR bootstrap/12173 on
mips-sgi-irix6.5o32.  The bootstrap on that platform succeeeded without
regressions.

Ok for mainline?

	not overridden.
