This patch adds the target definition for uClinux to config.sub,

May I commit this one?
Nope. We don't generally accept patches to config.sub in the GCC
tree. We prefer new versions of config.guess and config.sub to be
imported from the official repository whenever a new version is
needed.
I'm still waiting for the config.sub maintainer to apply this change.
They told me he's on vacation.
Meanwhile, may I commit the rest of the patch? There are just a few
days left before stage 3 and I still have a few pending patches to
reach full uClinux support.
