Yea. It was limping long (badly) before John got involved -- my impression is
that he's made a lot of progress on improving its behavior.

Ah. Yea, that would suck.
You know, I don't mind not worrying about PAs anymore :-) I don't think
my dual R390 box has been fired up in about 8 months now.... And my
electric bills have gone down significantly.....
