translation.html documents the relevant procedures for gcc.pot; those for
libstdc++.pot should be essentially the same, but translation.html,
releasing.html and branching.html will need updating to mention
libstdc++.pot (and corresponding .po files) as well.
TP: could you add the libstdc++ domain to the Translation Project so that
you can receive libstdc++.pot files in future, and when new GCC releases
come out extract the libstdc++.pot files from them as well as gcc.pot
files? I believe this domain should be configured the same as the gcc
domain (disclaimers required for translations, new .po files sent gzipped
to gcc-patches@gcc.gnu.org).
