(It's actually one of those new features which prompted the update;
missing is being given the --run option, which is new.)

	* install-sh:  Update to newer upstream versions (associated with
	aclocal 1.7).
	* mkinstalldirs:  Likewise.
	* missing:  Likewise, plus $1Help2man -> $1 typo fix.
