Jim's and Frank's statements are both correct - except Frank's statment that Jim is wrong! Jim is talking about "FSF copyright"; Frank is talking about "the GNU projects"; they are different topics.


There are many Free Sofwtare projects that are "GNU projects" or "part of the GNU project" that do not have FSF copyright.
