Remove CRDS from m68k.{c,md}

- Subject: Remove CRDS from m68k.{c,md}
There is nothing any more that defines CRDS, m68k/crds.h has been
deleted in the last deprecation round. Tested by building a
m68k-linux cross compiler and committed as obvious.
