[v3] FIx libstdc++/11378

Hi,

tested x86-linux.

Benjamin, as you can see, I'm also adding the original testcase
to the performance directory. However, in this form, very
versatile indeed, it doesn't run autonomously and doesn't
produce a libstdc++-v3-performance.sum entry.

I could easily strip it down to something similar to the other
testcases, if you like, but we would loose much of its value.
Alternatively, we may have a separate directory hosting this
kind of testcase needing human intervention to pass options
and run. You choose...

Paolo.

PS: thanks for the fpos work: I'm going to study it in detail!

	provided always_noconv(), issue directly _M_file.xsputn.
	* testsuite/performance/filebuf_unbuf_sputn.cc: New.
