Hi,
tested x86-linux.
Benjamin, as you can see, I'm also adding the original testcase
to the performance directory. However, in this form, very
versatile indeed, it doesn't run autonomously and doesn't
produce a libstdc++-v3-performance.sum entry.
I could easily strip it down to something similar to the other
testcases, if you like, but we would loose much of its value.
Alternatively, we may have a separate directory hosting this
kind of testcase needing human intervention to pass options
and run. You choose...

PR libstdc++/11378
* include/std/std_fstream.h (xsputn): In the unbuffered case,
provided always_noconv(), issue directly _M_file.xsputn.
* testsuite/performance/filebuf_unbuf_sputn.cc: New.
