[PATCH] tail -1 usage

The new gnu coreutils do not allow tail/head -1 anymore.
There are a few more places, maybe it must be fixed/changed elsewhere.
find -type f | grep -vw CVS | xargs grep -E '(tail|head)[[:blank:]]+-1'
* contrib/test_summary: use tail -n 1
