"aoutos.h" currently does *nothing* except to #define a macro which is
used *nowhere*. Accordingly, I suggest getting rid of it.
* config/aoutos.h: Remove.
* config.gcc: Remove reference to aoutos.h.
* config/m68k/m68k-aout.h: Remove reference to aoutos.h.
