patch: ppc e500 varargs

ABI 1.0 of the E500 has changed the way varargs are passed.

*Any* vector types passed to a vararg function gets split into 2 registers ala long longs. This means that a non varargs function and a varargs function may have named arguments going in different places. For example:

	extern foo(vector);
	extern bar(vector, ...);

	hotdog() {
		foo(V1); // passed in r3
		bar(V1); // passed in r3/r4
	}

I'm not fond of this at all, but I tried to fight it as best I could ;-).

Committed in the usual places.
