fix several open mingw/cygwin PRS (C++/5287,C++/7910,C++/11021)
on trunk, and adds testcases.
Could someone please review?
I have another patch to go on top of this which fixes a
multiple inheritance dllimport/export bug.
All of these can be backported to 3.3 branch. Should I prepare
a 3.3 patch now?
