PATCH: bugs/reghunt.html -- GNATS -> Bugzilla

Daniel, I have now taken care of most of the web page related changes
concerning the GNATS -> Bugzilla switch.  The patch of yours which I
reviewed a few days ago (bugs.html IIRC) and replacing gnats.html by
a new bugzilla.html are the two remaining issues I'd appreciate you to
take care of. -- Thanks!
