Eric - Since the file already contains one case of "set
torture_eval_before_compile", by unconditionally adding this bit
you'll overwrite the previous one.  I.e. we'll lose the
"powerpc64-*-*" XFAIL above this hunk.

What you need to do is put target checking if-else chains around each
one like in execute/20020227-1.x.

The second thing I suggest is to factor in -m32/-m64.  Create a
sparc-* pattern and put -m64 in the 3rd arg.  Create a sparc64-*
pattern and put -m32 in the 4th arg.
