It's the VMS documentation in install-old.texi that needs removing (and
should have been removed earlier when the VAX VMS support was removed).
Also some parts of trouble.texi may be relevant only to removed systems,
documentation elsewhere in the manual (except for contrib.texi) as
mentioned in the checklist for new targets in sourcebuild.texi, in
comments, testsuite XFAILs, fixinc, etc..
