Hm, on one side I care to report again, on the other side, thanks for your patience.
Though, I don't know if born on your patch.
Also, I don't have such a fast machine.

Sigh, now this one pops up:

Running the affected file as is, I get a fail, if I do add a -save-temps I get a pass. Afaik, with -save-temps I switch off macros right?
Now what should I pass to you, or others?

Thanks,

Andreas

P.S, as you see in stage three....

stage2/xgcc -Bstage2/ -B/var/tmp/powerpc-apple-darwin6.3/bin/ -c -g -O2 -DIN_GCC -W -Wall -Wwrite-strings -Wstrict-prototypes -Wmissing-prototypes -Werror -fno-common -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -Ijava -I../../gcc/gcc -I../../gcc/gcc/java -I../../gcc/gcc/config -I../../gcc/gcc/../include ../../gcc/gcc/java/parse.c -o java/parse.o
../../gcc/gcc/java/parse.y: In function `qualify_ambiguous_name':
../../gcc/gcc/java/parse.y:11370: internal compiler error: output_operand: invalid expression as operand
Please submit a full bug report,....
