PATCH: remove libstdc++/status.html

Probably as libstdc++(-v3) is now so tightly intregated in GCC, the
status.html page hasn't been updated recently, so I'd like to remove
it.

I haven't installed this yet, and would appreciate some feedback from
one of the libstdc++ guys:

  2003-05-13  Gerald Pfeifer  <pfeifer@dbai.tuwien.ac.at>

	* status.html: Remove.

Gerald
