[PR/7484] PATCH: doc/invoke.texi


As a "regular" user, today I noticed that our documentation concerning
-Wmissing-declarations is not complete.

Gaby already fixed part of that with

        PR doc/7484
        * doc/invoke.texi (Option Summary): List
        -Wmissing-declarations as a C only option.

but the following is still needed, as far as I can see.

Applied to mainline and queued for 3.3.1.
