[PATCH, committed] Fix testcase error in my previous patch


Hi

The testcase in my patch for PR10554 has an error.  Checking for
'expected' in the error message is too general and didn't catch
missing '//' syntax error.  I change the message to 
'nested-name-specifier' which is more specific.
