You'll not be able to call this function unless you add it to
libgcc-std.ver. BTW, what's the point of this?
I'm persuing that further with the author. As I understand it, the
point is to make GCC EH thread-safe for GNAT by using the same thread
library it uses, but I'm hoping for more information tomorrow.
