I committed this with the following ChangeLog

* invoke.texi (Spec Files): Wrap if-exists-else example.
(MCore): Remove duplicate @itemx entries and @opindex entries.
(you missed the @opindex entries) to mainline and the 3.3 branch after
a `make info`.
I didn't commit the -fforced-unwind-exceptions part, because somehow I
didn't see an advantage of one of the other.
