Native too?  With native (or simple cross) build and host libiberty
are the same directory, might (but shouldn't) case problems.
Doesn't cause problems due to the current status (which I *will* change, because it's kind of bogus, but later), under which the 'all-build-libiberty' and 'configure-build-libiberty' never get exercised unless build!=host. See ALL_BUILD_MODULES_LIST.
