[RFA:] lib/prune.exp: Prune more warnings for unimplemented -fpic/-fPIC

Catches MMIX and CRIS warnings.
(CRIS-non-GNU/Linux and -fpic/PIC currently gives errors; I'll change that
to a warning in a while.)

Fixes, for mmix-*-*:
FAIL: gcc.dg/20021018-1.c (test for excess errors)
FAIL: gcc.dg/20021023-1.c (test for excess errors)
FAIL: g++.dg/opt/vt1.C (test for excess errors)

Ok to commit?

	* lib/prune.exp: Prune more -fpic/-fPIC warnings.
