I agree that at this stage, OpenVMS support for Vax is very unlikely to
happen, so it is reasonable to delete this support. Note that OpenVMS support
for Alpha is of course very much alive, and furthermore ACT has a contract
to provide full GNAT (and hence GCC) support for OpenVMS on the ia64.
