Minor Darwin fixes

Starting on the treadmill of 3.3 bug fixes... We have to stop pretending
that Dwarf-2 works, since it makes testsuite failures. Plus lose a bogus
definition and one that is unused because it's only referenced in Apple's
sources. Bootstrapped on powerpc-apple-darwin and committed.

   * config/darwin.h (WARN_FOUR_CHAR_CONSTANTS): Remove, never used.
   (DWARF2_DEBUGGING_INFO): Remove until assembler accepts Dwarf-2.
   (PREFERRED_DEBUGGING_TYPE): Ditto.
   (ASM_OUTPUT_IDENT): Remove empty definition.
