I think that we should consider the compilation speed of GCC as a
regression that can be addressed in Stage 3.

P.S. Apple Message Framework seems to send email with
format=flowed added to the MIME Content-Type which makes patches much more
difficult to read.

Thank you for looking at this patch. I will wait for Mark or Jason's review.
I do not know how to fix email format issue, so I will remember to include
patch in attached file.
